Follow one 2-bedroom unit through a full snagging round. The pins on the plan change the way they do in the app.

Walk the unit.
Photograph each snag, circle it in red and pin it on the floor plan. Say it out loud if your hands are full: SnagOwl turns a voice note into a snag. Everything saves on the phone and syncs when there's signal.

Send it to the contractor.
Assign each snag to the right contractor company with a due date. They get an email, see only their snags and don't pay for an account.

Issue the report.

Does it work without signal?
Yes. You can capture snags, photos and voice notes offline. They sync automatically when the phone is back online.
Do contractors need to pay?
No. Contractor and viewer accounts are free and unlimited. You pay for your own inspectors and managers.
Can reports be in Arabic?
Yes. Reports can be in English, Arabic or both side by side.
Can we use our own branding and terms?
Yes. Add your logo and colours, and rename terms such as snag, defect or punch item to match your contracts.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU (Frankfurt), on Supabase. Photos and reports are private and shared only through links you create.
Which devices does it run on?
On the web in any modern browser, and on iPhone (the app is coming soon to the App Store). Android follows.
What happens after the trial?
Choose a plan to keep issuing reports and adding inspectors. Nothing is deleted at the end of the trial: your projects, snags and issued reports stay in your account and readable.
